In this section you can manage the users from your company that have access to the application, as well as their level of access to application data.
Go to tab
Here you see a list of all avaliable Users, displayed with their name, e-mail, phone number and assigned roles.
Use command buttons above the grid or right-click on the grid, in order to:
Create User button to launch Create User dialog:
Name (Mandatory): Enter the name of the user. Free text.
E-mail (Mandatory): enter user valid e-mail address. This is the e-mail which user will use to log into the application. The system doesn’t allow duplicate e-mails.
Phone (Optional): free text field for user phone number.
Password (Mandatory): enter user password with min legth 4 symbols. This is the password which user will use to log into the application.
Repeat password (Mandatory): enter same password again.
Roles: you will see list of all existing Roles. Use the checkboxes in front of each of them to define which are the roles that user should have. It is recommended that you select at least one role, otherwise the user will see nothing but the
To edit a user record, double-click it in the Users Grid or select it and use
Edit User button to launch Edit User dialog.
To delete an user record, select it and use
Delete User button.
